Client: MobileCredential database does not match LSM database - LSM 3.6 Business + Prof.

This error can occur if the LSM.AX2Go service was in an unplanned state (see Server: Service did not respond in time) and the LSM.AX2Go client was restarted during a network interruption.

  1. Make sure that the network connections are stable and that the required ports are enabled.
  2. Restart the server on which the LSM.AX2Go service is located.
  3. Open the LSM.AX2Go client and log on to the database.
  4. Use your SimonsVoss ID to reconnect.
