Client: Service unavailable due to maintenance work - LSM 3.6 Business + Prof.

This warning means that the client cannot connect to the LSM.AX2Go service.

Cause

Solution

LSM.AX2Go service not launched.

  1. Open LSM.AX2Go Server Management on the server.
  2. Make sure that the LSM.AX2Go service is running. Click the Start Service button to launch the service if necessary.
  3. Click the Connect button again in the State of local services area to reconnect the client to the LSM.AX2Go service.

Connection between client and LSM.AX2Go service is interrupted for other reasons.

  1. Open LSM.AX2Go Server Management on the server.
  2. Make sure that the network settings are correct (e.g. configured port).
  3. Click the Connect button again in the State of local services area to reconnect the client to the LSM.AX2Go service.
