Client: Cloud cannot be reached - LSM 3.6 Business + Prof.

This error occurs if the LSM.AX2Go service on your server has no connection to the SimonsVoss Cloud.
Cause | Solution |

The server’s Internet connection is down. | Restore the Internet connection. The error message will disappear as soon as the service reconnects to the SimonsVoss Cloud. |
Connection between LSM.AX2Go service and cloud is interrupted for other reasons. | Make sure that the LSM.AX2Go service can connect to the SimonsVoss Cloud. In doing so, note any necessary network settings such as port releases. The error message will disappear as soon as the service reconnects to the SimonsVoss Cloud. |
