WaveNet - AXM Plus

WaveNet is a wireless network that enables users to remotely access and programme locking devices. The prerequisites for this are RouterNodes and networked locking devices (= equipped with a LockNode).

Configuring WaveNet involves the following steps:

  1. CommNode set up
  2. The CommNode stores information about the network structure, allowing it to recognise how to reach each locking device.
  3. First, specify the wireless channel and a password to protect your WaveNet (see Specify WaveNet channel, address and password).
  4. RouterNodes are required to access the locking devices: Add RouterNodes
  5. The RouterNodes can then be used to search for networked locking devices and add them to the WaveNet.: Add Lock Nodes
