Add Gateways - AXM Plus

The gateways recognise identification media such as transponders and query the VNHost for current information stored in the database. (see Virtual network).

  1. Locking device list or matrix view open.
  2. VNHost is configured for the current project (see Configure of VNHost).
  3. At least one SmartRelais 3 Advanced is networked (see Connect SmartRelay to network).
  1. Click on the SmartRelay that is to be utilised as a gateway.
  2. Click on the Configuration tab.
  4. Window switches to the Configuration tab.
  6. Expand the Relay functions menu.
  7. Select the Gateway checkbox.
  9. Click the Finish button.
  10. The locking device window closes.
  11. Click the button Synchronisation and synchronise the locking device (for details see Synchronising the locking device (including reading access list)).
  1. Gateway is installed.

Then check the virtual network (see Checking virtual network) to see if your new Gateway is displayed.
