Creating PINs for PinCode AX - LSM 3.6 Basic Online

Changing the PIN length deletes previous PINs

If you change the length of the PINs, LSM automatically deletes all previously created PINs. These must then be created again.

  1. Set the PIN length before creating PINs.
  1. PIN code keypad AX is created (see Create PinCode AX).
  2. Length of PINs is set (see Change length of PINs in PinCode AX).
  1. Use Edit to select the PinCode Keypad AX input.
  3. The Management of PinCode AX keypads window will open.
  4. Select the PIN code keypad AX for which you want to create PINs.
  6. Click the Edit button.
  7. LSM switches to the locking device properties tab PinCode AX keypad.
  9. Click the Add button.
  10. The PIN window will open.
  12. Fill in the fields Name and PIN.
  13. If necessary, select a time group in the dropdown menu Time group (for information on time management, see Time zone plans).
  14. Click on the OK button.
  15. Window PIN closes.
  1. The newly created PUN is listed.

The newly created PIN will only be displayed in the Target state area. It will only be displayed in the area after programming (see Programme PinCode AX) Actual state.
