Detail function for the overarching locking levels - LSM 3.5 SP3 Basic Online

Function

First, create your locking systems with identification media and locking devices as usual.

Then create a overarching locking level, e.g. a red one. In the next step, consider which locking devices you need to have in your higher-level locking system. You then assign the locking systems that contain the required locking devices to the overarching locking level.

You need to create your own identification media for the overarching locking level as you cannot integrate the identification media from other locking systems into your overarching locking level. To finish, assign the necessary authorisations in the overarching locking level and synchronise locking devices and identification media.

Requirements and notes

• You can freely choose the password for the overarching locking level; it does not need to be identical to the locking system passwords.
• Passive identification media (e.g. cards) cannot be used in an overarching locking level.
