Resetting controller over the network - SmartRelay 3 system

Alternatively, the controller can also be reset over the network after initial programming. This option is ideal if the controller has already been installed and cannot be reached physically.

  1. Components wired correctly (see wiring).
  2. Components connected to power.
  3. Controller has already been programmed.
  4. Controller connected to computer via network.
  1. Mark the entry on the SmartRelay 3 controller in the matrix.
  2. Use Programming to select the Read highlighted locking device/set time item.
  4. The Read lock window will open.
  6. Open the Type drop-down menu.
  7. Select the TCP nodes item.
  9. Click on the Read button.
  10. Locking device is read.
  11. The G2 Smart Relay 3 window will open.
  12. Click on the Reset button.
  13. The Reset lock window will open.
  14. Enter the locking system password or apply it from the database.
  15. Click on the Reset button.
  16. Locking device is reset.
