Preparing the door for CISA (drilling template) - Digital SmartHandle AX

  1. Pin or scriber at hand.
  2. Drilling template available (see Drilling template for variant A4.P11/A4.P1/A4.P2 (Panic bars)).
  3. Drill at hand.
  4. Suitable drill bits at hand (Ø6.5 mm and 8.0 mm).
  5. PH2 screwdriver at hand.
  6. Countersink at hand.
  1. Insert the spindle into the mortise lock.
  3. Place the drilling template on the spindle.
  5. Align the drill template vertically using the printed scale.
  6. Mark the points to be drilled on the door.
  8. Remove the drilling template.
  10. Remove the spindle.
  12. Remove the mortise lock (PH2).
  14. Drill the required holes.
  16. Countersink the lowest hole with a countersink.
  18. Fit the mortise lock (PH2).
