Inside thumb-turn

The inside thumb-turn (SV-Z5.TT.IN) is also available separately for your Comfort cylinders.

Escape thumb-turn

The escape thumb-turn (SV-Z5.TT.EC) is also available for your Comfort cylinders.

The escape knob for the Digital Cylinder AX is fitted with a ratchet mechanism. It replaces the internal knob of a Comfort cylinder.

  • Can be unlocked from the inside at any time without an identity media
  • Locking is only possible from the outside and only with an access card.

The escape knob is suitable for both DIN-L and DIN-R doors. Simply adjust the direction of rotation whilst the knob is removed.

People can escape from rooms fitted with comfort cylinders and escape knobs at any time.

Glass door cylinder thumb-turn

A special thumb-turn is available for your glass door cylinder (SV-Z5.TT.GD).

This thumb-turn impresses due to its low installation height and is eminently suitable for cylinders installed in glass doors. It is fastened onto a threaded thumb-turn mount and secured with a grub screw.

You therefore need a glass door cylinder inside thumb-turn mount (Z5.PR.GD) and a 10 mm core extension (Z5.CORE.10) to install on modular Comfort cylinders. This allows you to use the shortened thumb-turn on shell-type handles in gymnasiums, for example.
