Checking the installation - Smart.XChange

  1. Press the letter R and the Windows key at the same time.
  2. A Run window will open.
  3. Enter the following:services.msc
  4. Click on the OK button to confirm your input.
  5. A list of Windows services will open.
  6. Look for the SimonsVoss Smart.XChangeService service.
  1. It the entry is missing, it means that installation is not correct. Repeat installation if this is the case (see Installation).
