CommNode server - MobileKey Locking cylinder (Z4) DoorMonitoring

Door statuses can be transmitted via the CommNode server in the LSM software. This enables you to manage tasks and events over the network.

  1. LSM software is installed.
  2. In the case of LSM Business, you also need to set up the Comm Node server.
  3. LSB Basic: the module for LSM Network 128 is enabled.
  4. LSB Business: the modules LSM Network XX, LSM CommNode and LSM Online are enabled.
  5. Advantage Database server installed and launched (for LSM Business)
  6. You have administrator rights.
  1. Install the CommNode server using the software DVD. Execute the commnode_setup_3_x_xx.exe file to do so
  2. After installation, execute the 'install_CommNodeSvr.bat' file
  3. The configuration files must be generated before the CommNode server service can be started. 'Network' » 'Communication node' » [New]
  4. 'Network' » 'Task manager'
  5. Generate config files. 'Network' » 'Communication node' » [Config files]
  6. Copy the netcfg.xml, appcfg.xml and msgcfg.xm files into the 'SimonsVoss Comm Node server' installation directory. Ensure that the CommNode server has write accesses to the installation directory
  7. Start the 'SimonsVoss CommNode server' service
