Installation Z4.KA & Z4.KA.SET - MobileKey Locking cylinder (Z4)

  1. Dismount outside thumb turn with the aid of the installation tool.
  2. Remove 0-ring on the core tube with a suitable tool.
  3. NOTE: The cylinder may not deform!
  4. Apply adapter and turn while holding on to the thumb turn until it can be full pushed onto the core tube.
  5. The cross hole of the adapter is flush with the cross hole of the core tube.
  7. Insert the enclosed pin with the thinner side at the front of the side through the adapter hole on which the thread is to be seen.
  9. Fasten the pin with a suitable screwdriver.
  10. NOTE: The thread may not be destroyed.
  11. Make sure that the pin does not protrude on any side of the adapter.
  13. Mount the outside thumb turn with the aid of the installation tool.
