Assembly - FORTLOX Cylinder

  1. 22 mm open-ended/ring spanner available.
  2. 10 mm open-ended/ring spanner available.
  1. Insert the FORTLOX Lever Cylinder into the designated opening in the locker door.
  3. Fit the large round washer onto the cylinder profile so that it sits flush against the inside of the locker door.
  5. Fit the nut onto the cylinder profile and tighten it (22 mm).
  7. Fit the stop washer onto the cylinder.

  9. NOTE

    Depending on the required stop side, the stop washer can be turned and fitted accordingly.

  10. Fit the square bush onto the small washer.
  12. Fit the lever onto the square bush.
  14. Fit the small washer onto the lever.
  16. Then screw the hexagon nut onto the lever (10 mm).
  18. FORTLOX Lever Cylinder is fully assembled
