Initial operation - RouterNode

(shown as an example for CR).

  1. Unpack RouterNode.
  2. Check RouterNode for damages.
  3. Screw the antenna onto the FME socket (radio versions only).
  5. First plug the RS-485 cable into the RS-485 socket (RS-485 versions only).
    For flexible conductors: Twist the conductors before inserting them.
  7. Then plug the RS-485 cable together with the socket into the RS-485 connection (RS-485 versions only).
  9. Connect the network connection (Ethernet versions only).
  10. Ensure that the power supply corresponds to the technical data (see Technical specifications).
  11. Connect the power supply.
  13. LED lights green.
  14. Initialise the RouterNode with the WaveNet manager and the LSM.
  15. LSM displays the network ID (Group ID/Member ID) in the window Administer WaveNet node.
  1. RouterNode ready to use.
