Note installation, replacement or removal date

  1. The locking device window shows the Actions tab (see Planning and tracking locking device management tasks).
  1. Click on the New button.
  2. The window for a new action will open.
  3. Select the Installed, Replaced or Removed entry from the Action drop-down list.
  4. Enter a date in the Date field or click on the icon to expand a calendar screen.
  5. Enter a time in the Time field.
  6. Enter a description in the Description field.
  7. If you wish to save a document for your action: Activate the Save document in action list checkbox.
  8. If you wish to save a document for your action: Click on the button.
  9. The Explorer window will open.
  10. Select your document.
  11. Click on the Open button.
  12. Explorer window closes.
  13. Click on the OK button.
  14. The window for the new action closes.
  1. Action is now created and listed.
